AND FEES
At Nova, we believe in clear, transparent pricing that reflects the structure of the Nova Ecosystem. Our services are designed to give anaesthetists flexible access to specialist support across practice management, financial administration, and professional community. All fees are exclusive of VAT.
NOVA BASIC
Nova Practice fee: 4% of receipts (excluding VAT)
Nova Practice includes specialist anaesthetic billing and collections support together with
operational systems and practice support tailored to private practice.
NOVA WEALTH
Nova accounting is charged on a sliding scale based on monthly turnover and ranges from R2,500 to R10,000 per month (excluding VAT):

Turnover under R200,000 per month: R2,500 per month (excluding VAT)

Turnover R200,000 to R400,000 per month: R4,500 per month (excluding VAT)

Turnover R400,000 to R600,000 per month: R6,500 per month (excluding VAT)

Turnover R600,000 to R800,000 per month: R8,500 per month (excluding VAT)

Turnover above R800,000 per month: R10,000 per month (excluding VAT)
Our monthly fees are based on standard processing volumes and normal practice requirements.

NOVA COMMUNITY
Nova Membership: R499 per month (excluding VAT)
Nova Community gives members access to professional engagement, CPD-accredited monthly M&M meetings, Nova Insights, selected rewards, and additional ecosystem value.
Paydoc contracts directly with each medical practitioner and charges:

This transparent structure separates software costs from Nova’s service fees while ensuring clients benefit from a modern software platform.
